    We draft the claim

    We sort everything into a dated record of instructions, describe the change against the original scope, and price it from your rates.

  3. 03

    You review and send

    You check the facts and the numbers, change anything that's wrong, then send it under your own name with a sign-off line for the client.

Extra work often gets agreed on site, and the paperwork comes later or never. We don't add anything that isn't in your material. If something is missing, such as who gave the instruction, we leave a gap for you to fill in rather than guess.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. We organise your material and draft from it. Whether a variation can be claimed depends on your contract and the law that applies to it. For a dispute, talk to a construction lawyer or your industry association.

Will this get my variation paid?

We can't promise that. A clear, dated record makes the claim easier to understand. Whether it gets paid depends on your contract, the facts and the client.

Do I need to have everything in writing?

No. Send whatever you have, including verbal instructions you wrote down later. We mark which items come from your notes and which from messages or emails, so the record is honest about its sources.

Is the draft AI-generated?

It is AI-assisted. It's a draft: you check every fact and figure before sending it.

What happens to my photos and messages?

We use them only to deliver your order. We delete them 30 days after delivery and never use them to train AI models.
